SUMMER EVENT PARTICIPATION FORM

1. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR EXHIBITION/AUCTION PREVIEW OPENING HOURS OVER THE COURSE OF OUR SUMMER EVENT DATES:
We are aware not every participant may be able to hold an in-person exhibition, but we ask everyone to open their doors to AAL visitors if at all possible

On Friday 1st July we recommend those holding exhibitions/previews stay open late, 6-8pm, for the “AAL Summer Evening”
AAL Summer Evening, suggested 6-8PM
If you do not have a title, either Summer Exhibition or Summer Preview would work well. Please mark “n/a” only if you are not hosting an exhibition or preview
We are aware not every participant may be able to hold in person events, but we ask everyone to hold at least an online talk if at all possible

Suggestions include: Discussion on a specific subject, exhibition tour, exhibition highlight, handling session, In Conversation With…, book talk

If you are not holding an exhibition/preview but would like to hold an in-person talk, contact Sophie who can put you in touch with a participant who is happy to host you.
