At the V&A join curator Xiaoxin Li to discover the V&A’s research and collecting of modern and contemporary Chinese studio crafts and explore behind-the-scenes of the newly opened display.

In this lecture, curator Dr Xiaoxin Li will take audiences behind the scenes of this ambitious project, from its inception to her extensive travels to production hubs and artist studios across China, including Beijing, Hangzhou, Jingdezhen, Nanjing, Yixing, Fuzhou and more, revealing some of the most exciting stories previously untold outside of China.
