ABOUT

With a history dating back to 1798, Lempertz’ main offices are in Cologne, with offices and representatives throughout Europe, in Switzerland, USA and Brazil.  The only German member of the IA (International Auctioneers), Lempertz was the first European auction house to hold specialised Asian art sales (the first in 1908) and today holds some 18 auctions a year in a wide range of specialist areas.
